If you’re a loyal Kourtney K follower like us, you’re aware of her strict fitness schedule, which includes at-home pilates and workouts with her trainer, but she has another trick for smooth, firm skin—and it doesn’t involve breaking a sweat.
According to a recent article from Us Weekly, the star has a few skin-care tips for making the body firmer than ever and, as it turns out, they are way easier than we would have ever thought.
On her lifestyle website Poosh, Kardashian breaks down her advice, and her first tip is to use a body scrub regularly. According to the article, Kardashian will exfoliate from her shoulders down to her feet every other day using the Caudalie Crushed Cabernet Scrub ($38), plus the addition of a mitt to help get rid of dead skin.
Then, to achieve “glowy” skin, the 42-year-old will “combine thicker creams and serums she doesn’t want to put on her face and instead slather them all over her body,” says the article, explaining that she’ll add a few drops of oil to her palm before slathering. A few of her go-to body hydrators: easy-as-can-be coconut oil—she likes Kopari Coconut Melt ($28)—Dr. Barbara Sturm Anti-Aging Body Cream ($95), and La Mer The Body Crème ($275).
Finally, she credits hydration, specifically 12 cups of water per day, for keeping her body firm, slim and smooth.
