The potato supply issue lead to McDonald’s limiting its fry sales at 2,900 locations globally. However, the fast-food chain has found a solution to its supply issue that involves a new transportation route from eastern North America to Japan. Now, consumers in Japan and other affected areas can return to enjoying an order of large fries with their meals.
