Designer Seema Kashyap closes Couture Runway Week with actor Ishita Dutta as showstopper

Designer Seema Kashyap closed the 5th season of the Couture Runway Week (CRW) with her collection ‘The Front Row’ with actor Ishita Dutta as showstopper.

The two-day fashion event saw participation by over 50 next gen designers that included Varija Bajaj, Saunderya Malhotra, Amin Farista, Abira, Neha Vinisha Rao, Ravi Rajoria, among others.

Commenting on the event, Aarti Tiwari, managing director of CRW in a statement said, “Every big designer is small someday, and those who have started today will be huge someday. It gives us a lot of pleasure to bring up the young dynamic designers who showcase their talent at CRW platform every season.”

“My team makes a genuine effort to generate some real business for these designers to exhibit their work to an audience of buyers etc. to support brands to build networks and expand business. The event was attended by bloggers, investors, buyers, and fashion enthusiasts.”

The event also featured a business-to-business marketplace to help the young designers to exhibit their work to buyers and expand distribution.
