Change remains in the air at Chanel. After several advertising campaigns captured by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, Virginie Viard decided to switch things up. The designer commissioned Karim Sadli to lens the iconic French fashion house’s Spring 2022 eyewear campaign. Now the brand enlists Mikael Jansson for Pre-Fall 2022. Loli Bahia, Adit Priscilla and Mica Argañaraz star in the chic and minimalist campaign set against a stark white backdrop styled by Ib Kamara.
“I love the photography! Feels like Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel,” expressed kokobombon the moment the ads dropped.
“Stunning. As if Karl shot it,” echoed TianCouture.

“Mica for Chanel has always been underwhelming for me, but this is kinda cute,” confessed WAVES.
GivenchyHomme also approved of the casting: “What a difference a model can make. Vivienne Rohner had to go.”
“Adit looks stunning there,” raved Urban Stylin.
“I’m like a moth to a flame when it comes to Chanel campaigns lately and find this to be a nice departure from the Spring 2022 campaign. I never tire of minimalist studio shoots and love Jansson’s use of backlighting here. The girls all look amazing, very chic and each brings something different,” voiced vogue28.
