Kim Kardashian continues to be embraced by the world of high fashion. This year alone the global sensation has starred in an advertising campaign for Balenciaga, walked in the fashion house’s monumental Fall 2022 haute couture show and fronted American Vogue and Vogue Hong Kong. And the year’s not over yet. Kim’s latest stint down at newsstands is for Allure as the title’s August 2022 cover star. Captured by Danielle Levitt, Kim poses in a nude bodysuit from her SKIMS line and rocks never-ending braids.

“I like the Rapunzel concept, but the cover couldn’t be more dull. We all know that Kim can do better,” commented aracic.
“Terrible execution and post-production,” Xone pointed out.
“The retouching is so bad. Also why does she look like a deer in the headlights in every photo? Danielle Levitt is supposed to be known for her energy, but these photos are lifeless,” declared a far from impressed BlueRuin.

Urban Stylin is not feeling the outcome: “Normally I like Kim’s print work, but this is very weird. I wonder what they were thinking.”
“Never have minded the sight of Kim Kardashian on magazine covers, but this is far from her finest moment. Then again should we expect anything more from Allure at this point? I haven’t liked one of their covers since Jennifer Lopez for March 2021,” said vogue28.
“So sick of her,” proclaimed HodanChloe.
