International lifestyle apparel brand North Sails has unveiled its SS3 editions of its Sailor Jacket and three new brand ambassadors to promote them.
Featuring fresh colours and a bold take for the new season, the ‘We Are North Sails’ campaign trio “each represents a bold personality, brave-voice and connection to the ocean, mirroring the key elements underpinning North Sails’ brand heritage”.
They are British pro kiteboarder Tom Bridge who has been dominating the Freestyle scene as a three-time Youth Freestyle world champion; British filmmaker and environmentalist Lizzie Daly, a biologist, public speaker and wildlife presenter aiming to encourage people to get involved in scientific endeavours by producing her own adventure wildlife films; and Norwegian professional sailor and marine biologist Andreas B Heide who owns SV Barba, a marine conservation platform aiming to advance the protection of Arctic waters through storytelling and scientific exploration.
They come together to support North Sails’ committed journey “to protect and preserve the health of the ocean we love, modelling Ocean Positive values”.
The new collection includes The Original Sailor Jacket, with a waterproof finish, constructed using 100% recycled nylon; the North Tech Sailor, made from recycled water-repellent and windproof softshell; the Performance Sailor with a recycled windproof, showerproof and breathable shell, and super-soft fleece lining; and the new Women’s Sailor. Prices start from £200.
