Paris Texas links with Browns for first bridal shoe and boot offer

Milanese footwear brand Paris Texas has linked up with Farfetch’s British luxury boutique Browns to launch its debut bridal collection. It features “a selection of fearless elegant designs” and is now available to buy exclusively on Browns and the Paris Texas website.

The brand has established a strong reparation as a go-to label for party shoes and boots so bridal was perhaps an obvious next step for it, especially so given that it said customers had been asking whether certain styles were available in traditional bridal fabrics and colours. 

Arezzo & Co-owned Paris Texas has come up with seven styles as “an ode to the modern woman who defies traditional expectations and is not afraid to be noticed”.

What that means in practice is looks that aren’t purely for walking up the aisle with the company saying the pieces have been “designed to be worn by a bride on her big day, at a hen party or simply on a night out”.

Each piece has been made in Italy and “embodies both Parisian poise and Texan boldness,” we’re told. 

That means mules, high-heel pumps, and even cowboy boots, in satin, leather, and crystal-laden suede. 

The company said standout pieces include the “towering Marina Mules”; and the Holly Love Stiletto Boots that come with a high thin heel and pointed toe, dusted from top to bottom in white crystal hearts  — they’re actually a new take on the brand’s popular classic Holly Stiletto Boots that feature rounded crystals. 

Then there are the leather El Dorado Boots that celebrate Western style and the thigh-high Paloma Boots in white leather.
