What should I do if the temperature does not reach my expectation during use?
The temperature during use depends on the current ambient temperature. If the temperature in the area is low, we strongly recommend using our combination package or purchasing an additional steam generator. Usually, two steam generators are used at the same time, and the thermal effect is more significant.
Does the steam generator not work?
There is protection function to prevent overheating and empty burning. The power supply will be cut off automatically when the water is dry, and the power indicator will be extinguished. It will recover automatically after 20 minutes and can be used after replenishing water.
Why did the lid crack?
If you need to add essential oil, please put in a small round white box. Do not add essential oil directly to the water. Improper use can cause the lid to crack.
What should I do if the product I received does not work or is broken?
It may be the problem in the transportation process. Sorry for the trouble! We will replace it immediately.
I live outside the United States, can I make a purchase?
Not recommended, as there might be voltage inconsistencies that could lead to product damage.
Why does a steam generator produce scale after being used for a period of time?
The reason is that the water is hard. Consider using filtered or softened water to reduce the mineral content in the water, which can help reduce scale formation. We recommend using vinegar or lemon juice, baking soda, or specialized descaling agents to remove scale.
